Job summary
The Franchise Tax Board (FTB) is recruiting a motivated individual to join the IT Service Desk Team within the Operations Management Bureau/IT Service Support Section. The analyst will provide enterprise-level first-line IT incident management support, ensuring timely resolution and acceptable access levels using established procedures.This role includes providing technical leadership, supporting Major Incident response, and partnering with technical teams specializing in desktop engineering, collaboration services, access management, and process automation.
The analyst will assist the supervisor with diagnostics , documentation ,and continuous service improvement while delivering a customer-focused support experience aligned with departmental mission values ,and service commitments.
