Part-Time

We are seeking to hire an energetic Bartender with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages at our private country club.
Interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Cleans bars, work areas, tables, and barware.
Cut fresh fruit daily.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Present checks for food and drinks served, double-checking for accuracy.
Creates a memorable dining experience for our guests to ensure their return.

Requirements:

2 years of previous bartending experience is preferred.
Ability to mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks to customers' needs and expectations.
Must be able to work flexible hours to include holidays, weekends, and evenings.
Team player with excellent verbal communication skills.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to carry trays for beverages and lift to 40 lbs.
