Leaders of Tomorrow Enrichment Program (LOT for short) is a culturally enriched before and after school program located in Mira Mesa.

LOT prides itself on being made up of a team of current and future educators with backgrounds in teaching, administration, health and sciences, psychology, and more.

The program is a chance to give children a place to explore all the possibilities of their futures and learn about careers and paths that can spark a fire inside of them Our students receive homework help, participate in lesson plans, and enjoy our enrichment clubs, all curated by our teachers

Current open positions include enrichment staff for our 1st grade group and 4th

• 5th grade group.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in lesson planning and fulfilling the requirements of the curriculum
• Plan and execute educational inclass and outdoor activities
• Create a positive learning environment for students
• Bring outside experience when directing kids clubs for students
• Keep an organized check in and out board for designated students
• Serve small groups snacks on a rotating schedule
• Assist with administrative work
• Assist the site director in daily tasks.

Experience:

• Must have 48 college credits or pass a CAPE test to qualify. Will need to have or be willing to gain CPR training, mandated reporting, and a background check/fingerprinting.
