Returns Clerk (m/f/d) for our renowned client - a medium-sized successful company in the international wholesale trade of technical product components - in Fairlawn, OH in direct placement.

Your tasks:

Inspection, evaluation and processing of returns
Competent booking or rebooking within warehouse management
Professional handling of suppliers and direct customer contact
Creation of credit notes and reminders

Your profile:

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) in the field of wholesale and foreign trade or warehouse logistics
Professional experience in the described area of responsibility desirable
Very good MS Office skills
Very good German and English skills
Independent, precise and structured way of working
