Description

Duties:

• Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus
• Experience in a hotel or custodial setting is beneficial
• Ability to cook or prepare meals for residents (if applicable)
• Knowledge of laundry procedures (washing, drying, folding) may be required
• Experience with floor care (sweeping, mopping, waxing) is desirable
