Maintain, establish, and grow new & existing relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, Facility Managers, Commercial Brokers, Risk Officials, Business Executives, etc.
Champion multi-layered and tailored marketing approaches to target client groups specific to their needsUtilize and administer our internal Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)Luxor & RMS to help with sales tactics and day to dayWeekly updates to manager(s) to keep line of communication openCoordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate on company/industry newsDevelop, promote, and host technical training and educational programs for target clientsCreate presentations, provide progress reports and deliver to senior-level company officialsCoordinate and participate in seminars, tradeshows, golf outings, and other industry eventsLiaison for industry groups including, but not limited to, Fox Valley Adjusters AssociationAssist with Planning and hosting internal and client eventsSupport annual charity efforts and other community service initiativesServe as Administrator for special campaigns and assignmentsContribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processesAssist with the development of marketing processes over timeComply with business development standards and follow set processes for routine workInstitutional sales and marketing standards and processesAdditional Job Duties as requestedRequirements Outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about gaining and maintaining business relationshipsResponsible, self-starter who enjoys working independently and collectively toward company goalsPossess attention to detail and provides progress reportsOperates at a high level in a fast-paced environment while contributing problem solving and resourceful offeringsCreative in promoting Company values and services through a highly professional demeanorValid driver's license/reliable transportationAble to successfully complete pre-employment screeningsEducation:
Bachelor's Degree plus equivalent marketing experienceExperience:5+ years of professional marketing experiencePrevious marketing and/or sales experience and mid to senior career achievementsExperience with construction management and/or property and casualty insurance is beneficialBackground or familiarity with property management or facility operations would be helpful
Physical Demands:
Occasionally lift up to 30lbs.
