Job Description

Your Team

The Customer Care Representative plays a vital role in managing daily operations within the community. Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries post-sale, this individual handles various tasks such as warranty claims, marketing support, and general consumer concerns. Reporting to the Customer Care Field Manager and Director, their primary focus is ensuring customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.

Your Key Deliverables

  • Collaborate with the construction team to uphold Brookfield Residential quality standards during Preorientation Walks.
  • Participate in the Orientation and Welcome Home Tour process to ensure a smooth transition for homeowners.
  • Demonstrate expertise in warranty guidelines and oversee compliance during the review of customer warranty items.
  • Manage work orders efficiently in alignment with homeowner commitments.
  • Supervise and validate corrective repairs by trade contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Maintain positive customer relations through proactive outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in the Homeowner Extended Care Program by providing maintenance training and assistance.
  • Approve trade partner invoices and manage documentation processes.

Must Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the building industry.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, exercise good judgment, and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
  • Proficiency in basic hand tools for minor adjustments and repairs.
  • Physical agility for fieldwork and daily travel requirements.
  • Familiarity with mobile technology such as smartphones and laptops.

Nice to Haves

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is advantageous.
