Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 (dependable on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently organizing a dynamic and demanding calendar.
- Crafting and handling confidential correspondence when required.
- Facilitating intricate and comprehensive travel arrangements.
- Responsively managing incoming phone communications.
- Supporting companywide subscription administration.
- Coordinating bill payments in collaboration with the finance team.
- Assisting with various local errands and providing handson support during companywide events.
- Ensuring hospitality standards for meetings, including maintaining cleanliness and stocking of the boardroom.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of valuable administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, showcasing robust computer skills.
- Possessing a cando attitude, embracing all tasks with equal dedication.
- Exhibiting a personable, responsive, engaging, and welcoming demeanor.
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
