    Professional Development Assistance Program Job Details Responsibilities:
    As a Pre Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff), you will be responsible for managing a broad caseload, focusing on personal injury cases and catastrophic injury claims


    Your duties will include:
    1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.

    • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
    • Negotiating settlements on behalf of plaintiffs in personal injury, workers' compensation, and catastrophic injury cases.
    • Collaborating with legal team members to develop case strategies and prepare for potential litigation.
    • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights and legal options.
    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal developments and changes in personal injury law, and using this knowledge to benefit our clients and strengthen our practice

    Qualifications:
    To be considered for the position of Pre Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff), you will need: 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

    • Admission to the state bar and good standing.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pre Litigation Attorney, with a strong focus on personal injury law.
    • Extensive experience in legal writing, drafting motions, and conducting legal research.
    • Proven track record in handling catastrophic injury and workers' compensation cases.
    • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload and meet tight deadlines.
    • A passion for justice and a commitment to advocating for the rights of plaintiffs.
