Trainees Financial Services (m/f/d)

Your trainee program:
You will get to know the different departments of our company Active participation in individual areas (learning on the job)

You will specialize in at least one of the following areas:

auditing, controlling, risk management, IT administration, quality management, credit business, or electronic banking You will work on projects, such as standardization, process optimization, or future and strategy topics Your strengths include: curiosity, willingness to shape, innovation, and courage Quick comprehension, IT affinity, creativity, and a strong interest in processes Successful completion of a business or finance degree First experience in banking or commercial sector is advantageous We offer you: As a trainee, you will lay the foundation for your specialist career at a savings bank service provider in our 18-month program with the option of permanent employment afterwards.
