- Serve as the technical finance liaison to business leaders and corporate finance departments.
- Supervise, coach, and prioritize the workflow of FP&A Leads who perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metric analysis.
- Oversee and optimize cash flow processes including customer billing and vendor management.
- Play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational targets.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports/analysis for management.
- Keep current with industry and functional trends.
- Identify and implement scalable business process improvements.
- Maintain excellent financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Experienced financial leader with the ability to anticipate future consequences / trends and incorporate them into the organizational planning.
- Must be able to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with financial modeling.
- Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
- Highly motivated, takes initiative, and has a desire to drive process improvement.
- Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail.
- Possess a working knowledge of the renewable energy industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- CPA is a plus
- Bachelors degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or;
- Masters degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- In addition, a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience is required
