We manufacture customer-oriented products of high quality, making us a valued partner for medical diagnostic industry companies.

We are currently seeking a

Project Purchaser (m/f/d)
based in Nördlingen, where our purchasing department is located.

Our product development team is based in Munich, therefore regular presence there is required.

Your responsibilities:

Representing the purchasing department in project teams, utilizing specialized knowledge
Conducting procurement market research and negotiating with suppliers for new projects to plan material costs
Ensuring the quality of all procurement activities for complex, technically demanding items, assemblies, and systems during product development and transition to serial production
Responsibility for procurement costs from acquisition to start of production (SOP)
Creating a project sourcing plan
Selecting costeffective manufacturing processes in collaboration with interfaces
Negotiating component costs and projectspecific contracts
Conducting supplier comparisons and selection, as well as nominating suppliers in a sourcing committee
Organizing supplier workshops as part of the product development process
Identifying potential cost savings and contributing to process optimization within the entire supply chain
Supporting supplier audits in collaboration with the quality team
Ensuring timely, quantity, and quality material supply for the pilot series
