Description

We are looking for a Controller to join our team In this role, you will be setting direction and processes for accounting and financial functions.

We are growing and looking for a leader with an agile mindset, an eye for process improvement and the ability to put complex pieces of the puzzle together.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage corporate accounting and entities associated with IHC
  • Guide financial decisions by developing and monitoring polices and procedures
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and reports
  • Overseeing financial and accounting staff

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Active CPA license is strongly preferred
  • 10 years of accounting and managerial experience
  • Extensive experience in intercompany transactions and consolidation accounting
  • Real Estate background
  • Strong technical accounting experience
  • Ability to work in a complex structure
  • We move fast around here Ability to duck and dive when necessary will be key.
