Summary/Objective
The BPN Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of all assigned clinics.
Essential Job Duties

- Ensures each assigned clinic has appropriate staffing for each provider.
- Organizes and maintains all files and records of the office.
- Assist with organizing work flow and assist with implementation of new phases or services to the office.
- Determines priorities of self and other office personnel based on current demands of service.
- Maintains effective working relationships with other departments of the hospital, such as Medical Records, Information Technology, Purchasing, etc.
- Utilizes specialized knowledge of business office principles and practices.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of related experience.
