Are you skilled in embedded software and enjoy sharing your technical knowledge? Join our small, agile, and innovative team in Niagara. In today's complex world, it is crucial to demonstrate and continuously update your expertise. The automotive sector, in particular, is highly complex, which is why Vector has created the Vector Certified Embedded Professional program. As a software development engineer (m/f/d) focused on the Vector Certification Program, you will play an active role in its design. Working with our team of experts, you will develop content and practical exercises for certifications in cutting-edge basic software topics such as CyberSecurity and SoftwareUpdate. You will also adapt existing content to the latest version of our Vector Embedded basic software and contribute to the maintenance and further development of our certification infrastructure. Additionally, you will conduct certificate courses and exams and support your colleagues in doing the same.

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive), Linux, or similar operating systems, particularly in the automotive industry
  • Experience working with technically savvy customers
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience with C and/or C++ in embedded systems
  • Familiarity with tools/technologies such as Moodle, Articulate, virtual machines, scripting languages
