We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our Restoration Company.This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service,
and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations,
including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism
and courtesy - Handle data entry,
filing,and document proofreading to maintain accurate records - Cordant calendar management
and appointment scheduling for project teams and clients - Suport office management tasks such as supply ordering(mail distribution,and maintaining organized workspaces
- Povide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly
courteously , - Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
& Google Workspace applications for daily tasks - Eaure effective phone etiquette
& professional communication at all times.Skills b > h2 >< ul >< li >Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications LI >
