What to expect

  • First point of contact for internal and external customers
  • 1st and 2nd level customer support for video conferencing and unified communication topics
  • Conducting error analyses and responsible for meeting agreed SLAs
  • Diagnosing technical problems and developing solutions
  • Close contact with manufacturers and handling technical customer inquiries

What you bring

  • Completed technical apprenticeship or comparable education
  • Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
  • Good knowledge in the network area
  • Ideally experience in the video conferencing or media technology sector
  • Experience with Microsoft SfB/Teams and Poly infrastructure is an advantage
  • You are proactive, customer
