We are looking for a Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) - full-time - to join our Human Resources team as part of the main and personnel administration.

We support around 600 employees and assist the management of our district office with their personnel management tasks.

In addition to core tasks such as recruiting new professionals and administrative staff, processing salary and benefits, and handling changes in employment and service relationships, we also support our employees in their professional and personal development.

We provide intensive training and support around 50 apprentices, trainees, and dual students.

As part of our strategic personnel development, we promote the continuous and sustainable development of our managers and employees through targeted measures, training, and offers.

Your main tasks will include:
You will lead the Human Resources team, currently consisting of 18 employees, with direct supervision of seven employees in the areas of personnel support and personnel services, as well as overall management of the areas of personnel recruitment and payroll, and personnel development and training, and their group leaders
