Job Title:
ASIC Chip Design Lead
Full-time: W2 Hourly + Benefits + Bonuses or Contractor
Location:
Remote in US only
US Citizenship required
About the Team:
Responsibilities:
- Translate specifications and requirements into RTL
- Analyze design through simulations
- Integrate block level code and IP into chip level environment
- Resolve code synthesis issues and Constraints generation
- Create design documentation
- Evaluate Lint, Clock Domain Crossing, synthesis and timing reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Logic Design and Chip Integration
- Experience with embedded processors and microcontrollers
- RTL coding experience in VHDL and/or Verilog and/or SystemVerilog
- Experience with DSP fundamentals and FPGA implementation
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
- Experience with microchip EDA tools and IC design flows from Synopsys
- Experience with latest industry IC design techniques, methodologies, and advanced technology nodes below 28 nm
- Experience with SystemVerilog
- Experience with interfaces: ADC/DACs, SERDES, PCIe, JTAG, DDR
- Experience with generating scripts (Perl, Tcl, Python)
- US Citizen
- Strong preference for locating in Minnesota
Education Requirements:
- Required: BSEE or equivalent
- Preferred: MSEE or equivalent
