Position Overview


If you're a hard working individual this position is for you We offer, Company Vehicle, Company Issued Uniforms, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision and PTO Benefits after 90 Days, amazing sales incentives for our Service Professionals (15% Sales Commission).

Base Pay Starts at $13.00 per hour. Earned commissions and bonuses are paid in addition to the hourly wage.

Top performers will have the opportunity to develop and be promoted very quickly as this location is experiencing fast growth.


This is a Seasonal Position. We reward results Top performers will have the opportunity to come aboard full time pending the results of their performance and customers' experience


Pest Technicians with amazing customer service skills help lead our team to new levels in building a solid customer base.

We work Monday through Saturday during peak season (April-August). Sales ability is a bonus and our employees are rewarded for their efforts


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Always maintain high service standards
  • Being an interactive member in team environment
  • Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation
  • Use baits and set traps to remove or kill pests
  • Design and carry out pest management plans
  • Drive trucks equipped with power spraying equipment
  • Create barriers to prevent pests from entering a building
  • Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak season

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • Willing to undergo background check and preemployment drug screening
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have a minimum 3 years of driving experience

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

  • Must be willing to work overtime and on Saturdays.
  • Able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
  • Able to lift 50lbs regularly

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
