- Other Small Repairs and Projects Around the Home
- Conduct on-site visits to clients as necessary. The candidate will need to understand the clients needs and formulate a solution for the short and long term. Building lasting relationships with our clients is key.
- Need to fully understand how long the job will take, and how to communicate the information to the homeowner and other technicians.
- Build and maintain relationships with our strategic partner clientele.
- Solicit and acquire new clients and partnerships over time.
- Maintain profitability with each job and minimize material waste.
- Be organized and prepared for each day
- Have superior problem solving skills
- Have working knowledge of software programs like Microsoft Office, House Call Pro, social media platforms, and email.
- Be able to use a tablet or computer as a sales tool when necessary

We provide:We are searching for a reliable Sales Estimator/Manager to provide general home service estimates to our customers in our community. The candidate will also coordinate with our Lead Technician and office staff regarding job scheduling, progress, material ordering, and changes. If you have 10 or more years of paid experience in general home repair and handyman work, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge of repair and installation methods including the amount of time required to complete the job. We require experience in the following areas:
