A convincing background

  • You have excellent methodological and technical knowledge in resource or bank management.
  • You have practical experience as a user of relevant financial software solutions, including thirdparty providers.
  • You have several years of experience working in bank management or in the organizational department of a savings bank.
  • You can manage projects and take on project management responsibilities.
  • You have analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills.
  • Ideally, you have gained experience in a consulting firm within the savings bank environment or have taken on project responsibilities at savings banks.
  • You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are communicative, confident, and solutionoriented.
  • You are independent, highly motivated, and a team player.
  • You are flexible, resilient, and enjoy traveling.
