Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation planning and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues promptly
- Utilize Fleet management systems for tracking and monitoring technicians
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service within the plumbing/hvac industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Service Titan OS a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills in dispatch and customer service.
Pay:
$ $23.62 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
