    Description

    Susan Crandall
    is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and goals. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in our field.

    In this position, you will be responsible for managing our large client base while also expanding our business through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a team and guide them through these tasks.

    As you become proficient in our processes and systems, you will progress to the role of Agency Director. This is a rewarding position, with a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 as an average for the first year.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client relationships effectively.
    • Identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
    • Supervise and drive team performance and outcomes.
    • Provide training and support to incoming team members on established systems.
    • Report daily on field activities using a CRM, such as Salesforce.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership skills.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
    • Effective time management skills and track record of meeting deadlines.


    Excellent supervisory and leadership qualities.·Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.·Adept at thriving in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments.·Passionate about assisting others and building rapport.·Outstanding time management and organizational skills.·Background in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.·Community involvement mindset.·Proficiency in CRMs (preferably Salesforce).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression opportunities.
