Under the Carolina Moon in Easley SC is seeking to hire Retail Sales Associates to join our team

As the Gift Boutique Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the overall operations of the store. You will be responsible for creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere that reflects the boutique's brand image while fostering a friendly and knowledgeable team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with purchase decisions. Make customers feel welcome.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Set the standard for outstanding customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the boutique's product offerings to assist customers effectively and provide product recommendations tailored to their preferences.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with purchasing manager to maintain adequate stock levels of popular products.
Check customers out using POS

Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons.
