    Description

    Susan Crandall is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a genuine passion and purpose. With a rich heritage of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our processes, catering to our 2,000 existing business clients, and cultivating relationships to expand our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks and eventually progress into the role of Agency Director as you master our systems and processes.

    This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000 - $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to our current client portfolio.
    • Explore new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Train new team members on existing systems.
    • Submit daily field activity reports using our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    • Proven time management skills and an adeptness at meeting deadlines.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership qualities.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
    • Ability to excel in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments.
    • Passion for assisting people and fostering relationships.
    • Experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • A desire to actively engage with the community.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
