Job Description

This position serves as the General Office Assistant (GOA) for the Gaylord Customer Service Center. The GOA operates the telephone console; receives public; understands and disseminates information to the public regarding DNR rules, regulations and procedures; sells hunting and fishing licenses and special hunt applications; maintains, orders and displays brochures, posters, and guides; prepares logs, sorts US mail and packages, provides administrative support to DNR staff as needed and other incidental support duties as assigned.

One year of administrative support experience.

General Office Assistant E7
Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.
