POSITION OVERVIEW

LOCATION

  • Jacksonville, FL (HQ) or 100% Remote

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Governance Framework Development
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for IAM aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements


  • Policy Enforcement

  • Implement and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the organization
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Conduct risk assessments of IAM processes and recommend controls to minimize security risks


  • Access Certifications

  • Manage access certifications in SailPoint Identity IQ, including scheduling, conducting access reviews, and ensuring timely completion of certifications


  • Compliance Reporting

  • Generate reports and metrics on IAM governance activities, compliance status, access certifications, and audit findings
  • Vendor and Technology Evaluation
  • Evaluate IAM solutions and technologies to support governance objectives


  • Training and Awareness

  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IAM governance principles and best practices

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Requires 3+ years working in information security, risk, compliance or other related field
  • Proven experience in IAM governance

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, regulations, and standards
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to do provisioning
  • Knowledge and experience working in cloud solutions (preferably MS Azure)
  • Ability to pull SQL and PowerShell scripts
  • Experience in Splunk and ability to read logs
  • SailPoint IIQ knowledge and experience
  • Experience with IT Audit
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly
