    Description
    Eagleville Hospital is seeking a FT Certified Peer Specialist for the evening shift. This position is responsible for providing peer support services.

    This will be done by serving as a consumer advocate, providing information and support for consumers, and assisting consumers in regaining control over their lives through the recovery process.


    Requirements:

    • Candidates for the Peer Specialist position must have a minimum of a high school diploma
    • Must be a Certified Peer Specialist
    • WRAP Certified
    • Experience in psychiatric unit or facility a plus but not necessary
    • Must have ability to communicate well, both orally and written, and ability to work within a team structure
    Hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 12:30pm to 9pm


    Eagleville Hospital, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is a private non-profit organization dedicated to the treatment, education, and prevention of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

    The hospital serves as a regional resource for the treatment and prevention of alcohol and drug abuse, as well as a national resource for training and research for addiction and related conditions.
