#1 Real Estate Team needs a talented and knowledgeable Listing Manager to support our team. Must have a "Clients First" attitude


Flexible - truly flexible, as in we ask you to do something critical and an hour later something else pops up that's more critical.

Able to switch gears and get it all done well.

This position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, and available to handle offers and other time sensitive tasks as needed.

Customer/Client Focus - sometimes your customer is outside the organization, sometimes your customer is inside the organization. Able to provide excellence to both with professionalism, poise, generosity, efficiency and kindness.


Efficient - if there's a better way to do something you'll be able to find it, share it and execute.

Part of the 2024 goal is rebuilding our processes for contract to close so we can integrate new tech.


Multitasking Expert - it's a REALLY fast pace and being able to juggle multiple balls, and prioritize while new offers and listings are being signed regularly.

Our History:
Keri Shull started her career in 2003 in new home sales with NVR.

Many of the training approaches she uses for our agents today mirror the exceptional training she received as a 21 year old college graduate stepping into sale new homes to some of the highest net work individuals in the DMV.

In 2005, she transitioned to selling condo developments for developers in DC, MD and VA. In 2008, she decided it was time to launch her own business and she joined Remax.

In 2010, she launched her real estate team and they went from selling 21 homes to over 365 in under 5 years.

Keri and her team were ranked 4th in the world for Keller Williams when they decided to open a boutique brokerage.

They have been recognized as marketing innovators and have thousands of 5 star reviews.

Today Keri is known for coaching agents and teams around the country, and in 2023 she partnered with EXP to expand her impact globally.

Keri believes in lifelong partnerships and EXP provides a platform for true financial alignment.


More details:
Licensed in any or all - VA, DC, MD a plus (if not licensed, some activities will be restricted until you are licensed)
