Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team.

As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will be crucial in performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance. The job schedule will be Monday through Saturday


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment of all kinds
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues in a timely manner
• Utilize technology apps to see your tasks for the day
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with colleagues and guests

Skills/ Requirements:

• Strong mechanical, plumbing, and electrical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
• Ability to fabricate and weld components as needed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with electrical systems and the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs

- must have at least a year of past maintence knowledge


Pay:
$ $1,000.00 per week


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays

• Fort Lauderdale, FL: Relocate before starting work (required)
