- Ensures detailed coordination drawings are produced and circulated amongst the project team, including all major subcontractors/consultants.
- Updating PID and HVAC drawings to "as built"
- Read/interpret engineered drawings and understand means/methods.
- Aid in the assembly of weekly/monthly reports to the client.
- Coordination of all turnover documents.
- Support project scheduling.
- Records meeting minutes for internal and external teams.
- Well Versed in 2D CAD is a plus

- 1+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Ability to organize, prioritize and deliver tasks & projects with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to adapt and maintain adherence to timelines
- Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
