- Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years in foodservice management. A Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.
- Willingness to handle all aspects of interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
- Ability to run the store with a focus on profitability as if it were your own business.
- Responsibilities:
- Review schedules prior to their implementation each week to ensure proper staffing and a solid plan for the week.
- Analyze daily numbers and provide coaching and commendations to each manager based on their performance.
- Oversee operations during lunch and dinner to ensure all restaurants offer Quality Food, Fast & Friendly service.
- Conduct EVAL/Facts inspections weekly to educate staff on proper restaurant management practices.
