I have worked for Leprino Foods from July, 2021 to November, 2022 as a P2 Operator. My main task was to monitor ingredients application to ensure proper consistency added for a slurry mixture, I also regularly made adjustments to pumps to ensure proper temperature and consistent flow of the product, and I accurately document PH and temperature readings.

Fairlife, LLC. Distibutors from January 2020 to July 2021 as a Laboratory Technician. My Main task at this job was to obtain various in-process samples and provide test results for in-process and related analysis for milk and cream. I would then generate and maintain accurate, concise, and detailed record logs on incoming and outgoing product.
