Deputy Head of Department (m/f/d) for the Neo-Intensive Care Unit:


Your responsibilities:

As the deputy head of department, you will support the department head in all organizational and administrative tasks.

You will act as a representative in their absence and serve as a point of contact for the team and patients.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and coordinating the daily operations of the unit
  • Staff planning and management
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Contributing to the development of concepts and processes
  • Being a point of contact for patients and their families
  • Providing nursing care for our young patients

Our requirements:


  • Completed education in the field of nursing
  • Ideally, a completed specialization in intensive and anesthesia care
  • Completed training for leading a department or willingness to complete it
  • Leadership experience and strong social skills
  • Proficiency in common software and IT systems
  • Organizational skills and structured work approach
  • Teamwork and assertiveness
  • Availability for a 3shift system
