- Customer service through telephone calls and email to provide information, attention to complaints, etc.
- Knowledge of the products being sold, their associated benefits, warranties, fees, and product details.
- Coordinate and schedule product deliveries, repair services and inspections
- Generate and process sales orders, quotes and payment documentation
- Support to the sales area when necessary
- Associate degree in Business Administration or Office System.
- Proven experience in customer service (+2 years)
