Job Overview
The Program Coordinator for the Office of Graduate & International Programs carries out the departmental mission of administering graduate academic programs and providing international student support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling general office tasks, processing financial transactions, coordinating internal and external communication, planning events, providing technology support, and assisting international students with the visa process.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Program Coordinator works closely with prospective and current students, alumni, staff and faculty at Georgetown Law.
They also collaborate with other administrative offices within the Law Center and throughout the University, including those associated with academic affairs, admissions, registration, student affairs, visas and career placement.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or certified equivalency
- 2 to 4 years of experience required [_note_: consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education and work experience]
- Good working knowledge of PC operation
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize effectively
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally and with sound judgement
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
