As a Senior Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in refining our organizational processes. You will work closely with and mentor other specialists to continuously improve our existing processes and develop new ones.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend process improvement activities and gain approval from relevant stakeholders
  • Define KPIs to measure the success of process improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with process owners to conduct audits and identify areas for improvement
  • Gather change requests from department heads and work with the process design team to implement them
  • Finalize project reports and other documents
  • Facilitate process improvement sessions with stakeholders and share insights from analyzing existing processes
  • Oversee process flows and documentation, and maintain logs of process changes
  • Promote process adoption initiatives and monitor key KPIs to track progress
  • Ensure processes are optimized, effective, and meet customer requirements while supporting organizational growth
  • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and mentor junior associates
