Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe.

As a Medical Scribe, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare providers with accurate and timely medical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe and type medical reports, including patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, treatments, and procedures
• Accurately record patient encounters in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Assist healthcare providers during patient visits by documenting relevant information in realtime
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Retrieve and organize medical records for review by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Follow up on any missing or incomplete documentation as directed by the healthcare provider

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
