Additionally, you enjoy working closely with other professionals involved in the project to ensure that project requirements are met in a timely manner.

    General Description

    This is a full-time, on-site Residential Design Development Specialist role located in Southlake, Texas

    · Comprehension of schematic designs

    · Create a 3D model of assigned projects in CAD

    · Accurate Construction Documents, including: Form Set Plan, Soffit details, Entry Surround details

    · Participate in team meetings

    · Visit jobsites to review areas of improvement

    · Performing quality checks on team member's projects

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with 3 or more years of residential design specialization
    • Conceptual understanding of scale, balance, proportion and massing
    • Knowledge of building and construction codes and regulations in both state and local jurisdictions
    • Expertise in ArchiCAD preferred
    • High focus on quality in Construction Documentation
    • Ability to communicate and work effectively with the project team
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
