Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Manage multiple requests/projects and prioritize based on operational need.
  • Manage a classroom and OJT of frontline and management employees.
  • Maintain instructor qualifications as required for efficiency trainings needed for Hub work.
  • Able to selfmanage in projects, instructional, administrative, and financial responsibilities.
  • Support Hub transitions
  • Support with training logistics documentations for any prerequisite requirements
  • Other tasks assigned, as necessary.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Timely and accurate completion of reports, training sign offs and project deliverables
  • Can manage multiple projects, priorities and deliverables against deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- be able to build strategic working relationships with the operation and other departments.

  • High level of MS Office proficiency required (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Maintain cross utilized qualifications.

Preferred Experience

  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Airport Operations experience
  • Experience teaching in a classroom environment or otherwise transmitting.
  • Experience in a leadership role (i.e., Local Ramp Instructor, Qualified Instructor, or Supervisor)
  • Knowledge to audiences using various mediums.

Other

  • This position may require up to 20% travel.
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned (morning, mids, overnight, weekends and holidays)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications.
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
