Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Industrial Marketing Manager supporting Building Material Products
- At least one (1) year of B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong network of contacts in Building Material industry a plus
- CRM systems experience
- Ability to travel domestically up to 2x a quarter as needed
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage our marketing strategy for optimal performance and results, and in alignment with the company's strategic plan and priorities.
- Plan and attend trade shows
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Empower and motivate customers to create brand awareness and increase market share of our products and services in the general market
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving and organizational skills
- Strong external focus with a growth mindset
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- High levels of selfmotivation, initiative, and interpersonal skills
Hybrid Role 2-3 days onsite
Pay:
$75, $80,000.00 per year
