Description

Our client is a thriving global software company with a well-established and highly successful international presence. As part of our strategic growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Head of Services to lead our established international team during a time of positive transformation for the company.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in senior leadership within Consulting or Professional Services in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of driving delivery and transformation within a Services function. This role will oversee a large business, so senior experience and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing international Services/Consulting teams and projects
Driving the growth and development of our established Services organization
Establishing and maintaining world-class processes and personnel
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Achieving Services revenue and profit targets
Collaborating with other global leaders, particularly in Sales, to implement regional and global initiatives
Providing support in meeting regional sales goals

Requirements:

5-10 years of senior leadership experience in Services within the SaaS/Software industry
Experience managing and leading all aspects of a successful Services business
