Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Office Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at El Prado Estates, AZ.
As an institute for energy-efficient renovation, our focus is on providing expert planning services and consulting in the field of funding.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the telephone switchboard and directing calls
- Handling and forwarding inquiries and maintaining the customer database
- Creating and sending funding overviews, order confirmations, and invoices
- Document processing and digitization
- Close collaboration with our specialized and technical department
Your profile:
- Completed training as an office or hotel clerk
- Several years of experience in office work
- Good computer skills
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Enjoy working with customers over the phone
- Organizational skills
- Preferably some experience with the ZOHO program
