- Assists with initial intake of Employee and Labor Relations matters.
- Functions as a scribe for workplace investigations.
- Responds to inquiries pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation and Ergonomic programs.
- Updates the Employment Guidelines and State-specific Supplemental Guidelines.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Employee and/or Labor Relations experience in a similar role
- Ability to execute tasks with strong attention to detail
- Ability to engage positively with multiple groups and various stakeholders
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent analytical skills.
- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
- Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.
- Ability to anticipate and embrace change; demonstrate willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.) is necessary
