We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Agent Assistant/Street Runner. Your main task would be to canvas certain areas of Manhattan to find vacant retail that needs leasing.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the hospitality industry and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Walk the streets to find vacant retail or office than needs to be leased
• Assist Agents with certain tasks

Requirements:

• Willingness to walk a lot
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
