Merchant/merchant (m/f/d) for office communication - Stockton, MO, United States - Stellar Enterprises
Description
We are a small business group in the commercial rental sector located in Stockton, MO and we are currently seeking a part-time (15 hours) Kaufmann/Kauffrau (male/female) for office communication (or equivalent degree) with knowledge in bookkeeping, with the possibility of increasing hours.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management with organizational and administrative tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle company correspondence
- Maintain digital document filing and data management
- Manage ongoing bookkeeping using DATEV accounting system (no property management) and prepare VAT returns
- Prepare operating cost statements for tenants
- Monitor rent payments and index increases
- Prepare VAT and tax returns
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, such as Fachmann/frau Bürokommunikation, Bankkaufmann/frau, Kaufmann/frau Büromanagement, Steuerfachangestellte/r or equivalent
- Knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably DATEV software, including DATEV Unternehmen Online, or willing to learn through training
- Reliable, sociable, teamoriented, and highly motivated
- Able to work independently and in an organized manner
- May be a reentry candidate looking for a fresh start
