Objectives of This Role- Develop strategy, lead, implement, and maintain partner education program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.- Lead multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.- Manage the external vendor/partner relationships to ensure solid educational offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with program sponsors, crossfunctional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal outcomes, and coordinate and delegate crossproject initiatives.
- Identify critical requirements for crossfunctional teams and external vendors/partners.
- Develop and manage the program budget and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
- Engage with partners regularly to understand outcomes from the offerings and how to improve the offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Eight or more years of experience in a program management role- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.- Exceptional communication skills- Experience in managing stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree- Strong working knowledge of partner education- Strong working knowledge of software education- Strong working knowledge of mainframe software- Knowledge/Experience with Instructional Design & course management (LMS) software- Experience with data analytics

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
