    We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Loomis Basin Veterinary Clinic.

    Why We Need You


    As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.

    The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:


    • Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
    • Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
    • Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.

    Here at VCA Loomis Basin we are proud of our strong reputation in our community, offering clients a spectrum of services from general practice, 24-hour ER services to specialty services.

    We have a supportive and fun team of team board-certified specialists in internal medicine, surgery, critical care, oncol, cardiology and radiology; as well as a large team of rockstar ER clinicians and general practice veterinarians.


    Our hospital campus is on nine beautiful acres in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains, set amongst oak trees, a creek and pond and shared with wildlife.

    Outstanding hiking, biking, kayaking opportunities surround us. We are within two hours of San Francisco, Tahoe, and Reno and all points in between.

    Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. Apply today
