Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) in Cleveland

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the complete preparation and timely execution of monthly payroll including time tracking and travel expenses for the company group
Contact person for managers and employees regarding social security and tax-related issues, as well as working hours and absences
Processing of individual personnel cases, such as garnishments, in collaboration with external service providers
Execution of reporting and certification processes
Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance providers, and authorities
Handling of tax-related matters (including company car taxation, taxation of benefits in kind, etc.)
Preparation of accrual calculations
Participation in the development of concepts and analysis of statistics related to personnel and payroll topics
